    Who is considered a "New-to Citibank Cardmembers"?

    A New-to Citibank Cardmembers is someone who doesn't already have an existing credit card with Citibank.

  • Activate the approved Eligible Card via the Citi Mobile App and spend a minimum of S$500 which falls under “Qualifying Spend” within a 30-day period inclusive of account approval date.

    What is considered an qualifying transaction?

    Any retail transaction which does not arise from any equal payment plans and late payment fees. Refer to bank’s T&C for more information.

    When should Claim Forms be submitted?

    Applicants may begin submitting claim forms as soon as they have applied for an Eligible Card.
