    Who is considered a "New-to Citibank Cardmembers"?

    A New-to Citibank Cardmembers is someone who doesn't already have an existing credit card with Citibank.

    When should Claim Forms be submitted?

    Applicants may begin submitting claim forms as soon as they have applied for an Eligible Card.
