Can I redeem SmartRewards even if I do not have enough points?
Unfortunately, you cannot redeem an item if you do not have enough points. However you can purchase additional SmartPoints from the Rewards Store and redeem your desired items Please note that purchased SmartPoints are non-refundable.
When will I receive my redeemed rewards?
If you redeem a physical product, the standard delivery time usually takes up to 21 working days after we receive your order. Kindly note that these are just estimates, and actual delivery dates may vary depending on external factors beyond MoneySmart and the courier’s control. But not to worry, we've got your back!
If you redeem digital vouchers, the voucher will be sent to you within 7 working days via email upon payment completion.

Can I request for an exchange/refund of my redemptions?
Unfortunately, all redemptions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you received defective items, they will be covered by the merchant's warranty, and you may initiate your replacement through the merchant.
