For emergency travel assistance, you can call the 24-hour Hong Leong travel insurance hotline at +65 6922 6009. Regular claims can be made through an online claim form, and you can follow up with claims@hlas.com.sg with any supporting documents. Alternatively, you can download the claims form online and submit it with your documents in person. All claims need to be made within 30 days of returning from your trip and must be submitted with your flight itinerary and proof of travel, such as your boarding pass.
